Online Sessions:

Consultations are available in English, French, and Malay.
We know that appointments can get in the way of an otherwise busy day.
We are always striving to be more client-friendly and make your time with us more convenient. While we cannot guarantee that we can make up for your late arrival as we need to ensure that the session schedules run smoothly for other clients, please feel free to reach out to us at any time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure transparency.
If you have any administrative or financial matters to discuss, we would appreciate it if you could notify us in advance via email, SMS or WhatsApp. We would be happy to arrange for you to come in 15 minutes earlier so we can address your concerns before your session.
If another day works better for you, please let us know. While we can't guarantee availability, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes should be requested at least two days in advance. We will review your request and get back to you with options as soon as possible.

No one should be deprived of counselling. This is why we offer subsidies on a case-by-case basis, determined by gross monthly income with supporting documents from you.

You are advised to keep track of your counselling appointments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment date, please notify us via SMS, WhatsApp or email in advance, and we will do our best to find you another slot that works for you.
A late cancellation fee of $95 will apply if you do not notify us at least 2 working days before your appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness on the day of your appointment, the late cancellation charge will be refunded upon receipt of your Medical Certificate (MC) for that day.
